Safranbolu An existing seven story medical facility on a hilltop, owned by Rhino Capitol, is set in an historic residential neighborhood with an adjacent parking lot.  Zephyr Architects was engaged to transform the existing derelict concrete and brick structure into 28 condominiums, with a collection of 3 family triple deckers above the existing parking lot.  Elegant materiality, appropriate neighborhood scale and design references, and contemporary landscapes with unobstructed views to downtown Boston are currently planned.  Zephyr has a strong belief in maintenance and enhancement of existing building stock, and is proud to bring new life to structures falling into disrepair.
