15 Fairmont Street
Cambridge, MA
A study in mass, material, and restraint.
This project explores how a small urban site can hold both context and contrast—grounded in brick, then stepping back into a lighter, more contemporary expression above. The curve emerges as a transition between the two, softening the edge and carving out space for light, air, and occupation.
Designed to sit comfortably within its Cambridge streetscape while still asserting a clear architectural identity.
Currently in design. Coming soon to Cambridge, MA.
