http://modernsmile.com/events/cablevision-health-fair In conjunction with Zephyr’s construction management sister company, Forge Construction, this project was overseen from start to finish by our team.  We are able to add functionality and a contemporary aesthetic to this single-family detached home in Dorchester, by removing a number of load bearing and non-load bearing walls.  Working closely with the tradesmen, we are able to hide much of the new structural elements allowing for a bright open floor plan and minimalist appeal.
